I. Protection of your privacy and personal data
DANZZ takes the protection of personal data seriously. We want you to know when we store which data and how we use it. As a company under private law, we are subject to the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the data protection regulations are observed. For further information, please see our privacy policy.
II. Liability
- As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general legislation. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. IV. ODR
The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. Link to the EU’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ – We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We would like to point out that, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2024, the possibility of submitting complaints to the online dispute resolution system (ODR) will end on 20 March 2025. December 2024, the possibility to submit complaints via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) system will end on 20 March 2025 and the ODR platform will be shut down by 20 July 2025.
Report illegal content:
Any person can report content that they consider illegal by sending an email to info@danzz.de. Upon receipt of the report, the seller undertakes to review it within 14 calendar days and inform the reporter(s) of the decision. In the event that the report is rejected, the seller allows the substantiated appeal against the decision.
