1. General Provisions
1.1. This regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) sets out the terms and conditions of the Promotion on All Products (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”).
1.2. The organizer of the Promotion is DANZZ Spółka z Organiczoną Odpowiedzialnością, registered at ul. Techniczna 19, 37-600 Lubaczów, Poland, with tax identification number PL7931628448 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
1.3. The Promotion is valid on the days indicated on the banner or until stocks last.
1.4. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
2. Promotion Terms and Conditions
2.1. The Promotion grants a discount on all products available in the Organizer’s offer, except for:
a) Custom-made products (made-to-measure products);
b) Products on sale or from the outlet section.
2.2. The discount applies after providing promo code at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless stated otherwise.
2.3. The discount applies only to new orders placed during the Promotion period and cannot be applied to past purchases.
3. Returns and Complaints
3.1. Returns and complaints for products purchased under the Promotion are subject to the standard return and complaint policies of the Organizer.
3.2. If a product purchased under the Promotion is returned, the refund will be processed based on the discounted price paid by the customer.
4. Final Provisions
4.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the Promotion or cancel it at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect orders already placed.
4.2. Any disputes arising from the Promotion will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws.
